Styling on the Day
Styling Setup – Bringing your design concept to life through the placement and arrangement of décor, tablescapes and finishing touches.
Creative Supplier Coordination – Liaising with your styling suppliers to ensure every element is delivered and installed as envisioned.
Final Styling Checks – Perfecting the details and ensuring every space looks beautiful, cohesive and ready for your guests.

Perfect for couples who love planning their own wedding but want to relax and enjoy the day itself. We'll take care of the logistics, manage your suppliers and ensure everything runs seamlessly. Particularly suited to dry-hire venues, private estates and marquee weddings.
In the Lead-Up
Planning Toolkit – Access to our wedding planning template to help you stay organised throughout the process.
Venue Visit – A site visit 4–6 months before your wedding to understand the space, logistics and flow of the day.
Final Planning Meeting – A detailed handover a few weeks before the wedding to review your plans, suppliers and final arrangements.
Supplier Coordination – Liaising with all suppliers ahead of the day to confirm timings, logistics and key details.
Wedding Day Timeline – Creating a comprehensive running order covering supplier arrivals, key moments and event timings.
On the Day
Dedicated Coordination Team – An experienced wedding coordinator and assistant to oversee your celebrations.
Venue Setup & Styling – Overseeing deliveries, checking venue setup and arranging finishing touches, including tablescapes, place cards and decorative details.
Supplier Management – Coordinating supplier arrivals, setup and communication throughout the day.
Ceremony Coordination – Managing the bridal party, officiant, musicians, guest arrivals and ceremony timings.
Guest Experience – Welcoming and directing guests, answering questions and ensuring everything flows effortlessly.
Seamless Event Management – Overseeing the running order, managing room turnarounds and discreetly resolving any unexpected issues.
Coordination Until First Dance – On-site support through to your first dance, typically around 9–9:30pm, with extended coverage available.
Extended Coverage: Full-day coordination until 1am is available for an additional cost.

Simple, Collaborative Planning – No complicated planning platforms. We use Google Drive to keep everything organised, accessible and easy to manage throughout the process.
Pre & Post-Wedding Celebrations – Planning and coordination of additional celebrations, including welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, post-wedding brunches and BBQs.
Wedding Day Coordination – Overseeing the setup, suppliers, timings and flow of the day so you can relax and enjoy every moment.
Supplier Liaison & Coordination – Managing communications, bookings, contracts and logistics to ensure every element comes together seamlessly.

Our Full Wedding Planning & Design service is priced as a percentage of your overall wedding budget, reflecting the time, detail and involvement required to bring everything together.
Following an initial consultation, we'll provide a tailored proposal with a clear breakdown of our services and fees, so there are no surprises along the way.
